Allergists and Immunologists - Buffalo Grove, IL

"Dr. Sullivan used to be a very good doctor and I was glad to have found her to help manage my asthma. However, she has not been seeing patients since 2020 and only has Physician Assistants seeing patients now. I would have given her 5 stars before and I really liked 2 of her PAs so I kept going to her office. However, she seems to have had a lot of turnover and does not have a way to communicate directly. She also started charging for 2 visits with each visit, so I get double-billed and pay a lot of out pocket. Recently, she lost more staff and I haven't even been able to get a regular appointment for 3 months. In the meantime, she wouldn't refill my asthma meds because I didn't see her in person. Unfortunately, I had to go to two urgent care visits instead since I didn't have my asthma medication that I needed. Then was charged again for multiple visits and said I had to pay for another visit for a prior authorization. This was just for regular inhalers, for regular asthma that I had been on for over 4 years."
