"Me and my wife have used Dr. Fackler since moving to Georgia in 2004. He is absolutely the kind of doctor you hope and pray for. He has a great bedside manner in that he takes the time to listen to his patients therefore he often runs behind schedule. He speaks to his patients in terms that they can understand and if there are communication issues with a procedure or diagnosis, he will take whatever time is needed to ensure there is a clear understanding. He is very kind and also encourages his patients. I would not want anyone else to have as our gastro, therefore, we highly recommend his practice! "

"I had an appt that I waited over 2 months for, to be called the day before and told that the office couldn't see me because I was an established pt in another practice, which is an hr away from me because I moved, I was trying to establish care at a provider's office not a hr away from me, so because i have seen a gastroenterologist previously I cannot get care with a new provider in my new area. This is the most ignorant thing I have heard in my life, how does a patient see a new provider in a new area , so If I lived in NEw York and was established there I would have to go back to NY because there is where I initial established care, This place is ridiculous and a joke. It took them at least 3 weeks to call me for an appt scheduled me 2 months out then cancelled my appt the day before. Clearly needing to establish care with a provider's office is not possible if you have ever in your life seen another dr with the same speciality.. I wouldn't even waste any more of my time with this ridiculous office, clearly they want to do EGD and COlonoscopies immediately to find this terrible practice! "
