"IF you can get an answer on the phone, you MIGHT be able to get an appointment. Mostly, IF answered AT ALL, you are left to rot on hold! TWICE had to actually drive to office to make my future appointment! Walked in, phones ringing off the wall, staff paying 'grab butt' and not waiting on patients, nor answering phone! IF you can get past the staff people, you generally get to see a decent physician! They don't (won't) answer the phone! IF they do, onto 'forever' hold. If you ask for nurse, NP, whoever: FOREVER hold. Can't get to staff to pay attention long enough to even get checked out!"
