"I use the Five Forks office, which is also an Urgent Care Center. Yes, it's VERY busy and the wait is sometimes long. The office itself could definitely use a little updating but it's clean (considering the amount of traffic that is going through). All of the staff has always been very nice and helpful and Dr. Rafeedie is great. I feel like he actually listens to me and considers my wants and needs around my treatment. He's very knowledgeable and I definitely feel like it's worth the longer office wait times. Doctors that pay attention to you and know what they are doing are difficult to find. I do wish the visits didn't take so long but I also like that this particular office has the capability to do much more than a regular doctor's office because it is an urgent care. "
