"Dr. Bui came highly recommended from one of my massage clients. My client said Dr. Bui went above and beyond to resolve his lower back issues and even referenced him as "the best ortho surgeon in the state". So after battling this crippling pain for the last 5 years, (which resulted from a Crossfit injury) I really thought he'd be the answer to my prayers. Unfortunately, Dr. Bui didn't think I was worthy of his time. He spent approximately 3 minutes with me on my first visit. His opening line was, "Well, you know you're a big girl . . ." And that was followed by him throwing in the towel. He said there was nothing that he could do to help. I basically needed to help myself. I guess I should be thankful that he didn't waste my time like other doctors but it was definitely a waste of 355 deductible dollars. Dr. Bui very well may be the best in the state, but he is NOT fat-friendly. I'm well aware that obesity can cause an awful lot of strain and pressure on the joints. But c'mon now, I knew I was fat when I left my home that morning, And All issues are not resolved simply by losing weight. Before my injury, I was living my best healthy-fat life, free of diseases and ailments, aches and pains. Any doctor that chooses not to dig deeper is just lazy. I know quite a few "skinny" individuals that have very similar issues as me, and because of how they look, doctors like Bui will jump through hurdles to help them, but not me. So, in conclusion, if you're under 200 lbs, congratulations, you are on your way to feeling like your best self again! But if you're a fatty, do yourself a favor and keep it moving."

"Unfortunately, I’ve had many surgeries and health struggles in my life. I’ve met a lot of doctors in a plethora of specialties but Dr. Almasi stands out amongst them all, like a unicorn. One if not the most impressive doctor that I’ve met!. He’s super intelligent, outgoing, caring, easy to understand, great listener & trustworthy. He does his homework and reads your chart before coming in to create an individual healthcare plan that works best for you & your lifestyle! My case is complex but that didn’t stop Dr. Almasi from going above and beyond to call me outside of my appt. time to give me the best advice I’ve received thus far for an upcoming major surgery. I could go on & on singing his praises! Thank you Dr. Almasi for redeeming my faith in physicians!"

"This is easily the worst doctor I have ever seen. I have been going to this office for 6 years with no issue. That is until the new owners took over and “Dr” Smith took over my case. I have full body CRPS. Which is one of the most painful diseases currently known. Dr Sheahan was fantastic when I saw him for many years. “Dr” Smith however has seen me 4 times and spent a total of maybe 5-6 minutes with me. She never remembers details of the case. You have to remind her about everything. And even then she doesn’t listen. I made it known on my last visit that I did not want to see her again and only wanted to see Dr Singleton. Fast forward to today, July 17 2023. They FORCED me to see her. She was hostile from the minute she walked in. She said since I was being “difficult” she was dismissing me from “her practice”. I have a month to find a new doctor. When I questioned her about her lack of patient care, she rudely said “have a nice day” and stormed out of the room. When I asked if she was seriously not going to talk to me she responded “I don’t need you telling me how I treat patients”. This is what you can look forward to if you see this doctor. I’ve talked to MANY other patients who used to see the old doctors and staff and they are ALL unhappy with the treatment they are getting. The sad thing is, the walls of this place are paper thin. I’ve heard the way she talks to patients in other rooms. Suffice it to say, if you happen to be the same skin color as her, she is a COMPLETELY different person. To me that only screams one thing. And apparently she used to be a “commander” in the Navy. To me that’s laughable. I recorded the entire visit and caught her lack of empathy and her hostile attitude. It will be going across the internet."
