"On May 4th, 2023 at 10 a.m., my wife and I paid a visit to Kwang Pyon Dental Office for our routine cleaning and check-up. While we did undergo partial mouth X-rays, panoramic X-rays (also referred to as full mouth X-rays) were not performed. When the dentist proposed taking these X-rays, I informed him that I would make a decision after consulting with Aetna insurance personally. However, on May 10th, when I contacted Aetna insurance, I discovered that the dentist had already submitted a fraudulent insurance claim on our behalf for the full mouth X-rays that were never taken. This deceitful act involved fabricating documentation and making an illegitimate insurance claim, despite the fact that I did not receive the full mouth X-rays. It is evident that this amounts to a blatant case of insurance fraud."
