"A single runny eye first bought me to Dr. Andrews. I had already seen an ophthalmologist, that wasn't helpful. I decided to look for an ENT, took a chance with someone I found online. During our first visit I explained my symptoms and concerns. Dr. Andrews performed a thorough examination and let me know the issue was more serious than I thought. A blocked air way was the cause of my runny eye and other issues I was having. We continued to work together the next few months. He recommended surgery, I declined. The symptoms worsened. Ultimately, I went back to Dr. Andrews over a year later to have the procedure. One of the best decisions I made during 2022. He's a well of knowledge. Goes above and beyond to make sure you understand both your ailment and treatment options. I appreciate how he's helped me. I have a better quality of life now thanks to the doctor. Looking for an ENT go see Dr. Andrews. Tell him I sent you :-) Note: don't allow bad experiences with staff stop you from seeing the doctor. Nothing is perfect. "

"The staff was nice, the office was nice.. but my care wasn't.. I read the reviews before making my appointment since I really needed help with my laryngitis and wanted a Doctor who would really take an interest in helping me. I said I have esophageal reflux diagnosed a few years back and they went with that - suggesting a buy a mattress riser (a specific brand), checking that I didn't have any cysts in my throat, and prescribing medication. They did not address my extreme congestion. They called in a prescription, wrote a prescription for me to take to the pharmacy, and gave me a sheet of reflux lifestyle directions - but none of it included direction to get a sinus spray that I saw in my online notes the next day. One prescription was for something we didn't talk about, and the other was for the same medication that he wrote for me to purchase OTC. The pharmacy tech was confused by the notes, as was I. I was referred to another department, and they called asking me why I was coming. I was given no information to provide them, they were scheduling a test that ended up not needing, and now they're trying to figure out what I need an appointment for. I can't be confident in a doctor who doesn't provide clear information to me, doesn't write clear documentation or clear direction to other ppl trying to help me. It's great that he's nice and personable, but I'd be happier if he gave me a clear diagnosis, clear direction on what to do, and clear information to my pharmacist and the referral office. I just want to be able to breath and speak like a normal person.. but now I have no idea.. "

"She is terrific job and amazing. The Emory University Midtown hospital need improve with communication in each department to prepare to provide sign language interpeter. However she amazing with information and good care of my left ear for cochlear implant. :-)"

"I had a very bad experience with ENT Institute where I saw Dr Daniels. I think it is more of a rip off. I went in for a slight ear pain, dr checked and said there was no issues with my ear but they did endoscope and other services very quickly and when i finished I found a $600 + bill. 200$ for the visit and 400 for the other checks. I was billed for this later and when I called to check why my bill was too high they said we made you aware as part of the ton of paper work I signed upon check in. the insurance doesn't cover many of these high cost endoscopes. It seems this complain was not a surprise to them since they quickly offered to cancelled my next appointment I think they are a one time visit type of place and not into building a long relationship with patients."
