"Dr. Nadal is a good dentist and it is unfortunate that I had a negative experience with those running his practice. Here is my experience: I called to schedule a cleaning a couple weeks ago. I get there, they tell me "Oh, this is only an exam. You're going to have to come in separately for a cleaning." I walk out of there with two additional appointments scheduled for cleaning and cavity, they were unwilling to schedule anything on the same day. An hour before my cleaning last Tuesday, they call me and cancel my appointment. No apology, no reason. I call them back to reschedule; no answer. I leave a voice message but they never call me back. 4 business days later I call them again, and they tell me i'll have to wait another month. I live 1 minute away from the office. Since I started seeing this dentist earlier this year, they make us wait in our cars because of COVID (which is fine) and they come out and get us when they're ready. Last time I waited 40 minutes, the other time I waited an hour (burning gas). So this morning for my cavity appointment, I call them and say, hey i'm basically your neighbor, can you just call me when you're ready for me. Lady on the phone sounds put out but agrees. Office manager calls me back and says that she's not going to be doing that and that I need to come sit out front of the office in my car. I don't believe it was a hard ask. Long story short, the dentist is a suitable dentist, but the staff lack in customer service. It is a shame."

"Update: This office has retaliated against me for practicing my right to free speech. They have sent a discharge letter via certified mail because of this Google Review. I'll be filing an official compliant for their unethical behaviour. The contract between the insurance and the practice states they are not to discriminate nor pick and choose with members to see based on PERSONAL PREFERENCES. ---------------- you deserve 0 ☆------------------ This place is unprofessional. I had a 9:45am appt. At which time they say the 8:45am was still in back. I remained patient waiting our turn. Its 11:30 am and still no word on when it is our turn. I expressed needed to go to work and asked how much longer the wait would be. The female dentist walks in saying "she is only one person. If I dont want to wait, I can go to another dentist" after waiting 2 hours and missing work, that was an insensitive and rude way to respond to my inquiry. She proceeds to ramble on about how being a kid dentist is difficult, overwhelming, things happen and you have to spend longer with the patients. She proceeds to say they are the only kid dentist in the area. So I guess her unprofessionalism was justified due to the demand for her specialty. She then goes on to say that her schedule is overbooked. And I don't see how that is MY fault. But it sounds like she dislike her choose profession. All the while I am sitting quietly waiting for her to do less talking and more working. After all that is excuse used to justify the ridiculous wait. I have zero confidence in getting done what we came here for. This individual is rude, bitter, and not someone I would recommend to others. This is my first time here and I didn't expect her miserable energy to be shared. Seriously? Leave the baggage at the door when you come to work. She became very apologetic towards the end. Blaming my facial expression for her being curt towards me. And saying she is usually nicer to people but she just had a difficult case. Life is hard enough without us being mean to each other. Her treatment was unacceptable."
