Because of that she immediately did a referral and got me all the help I needed. Also she performed a surgery I much so needed with grace. My insurance ran out but know I've found she's in network with my new insurance so appointments get ready. "

"I do not recommend her to anyone!! I was sent to her back in October days after having an ectopic pregnancy, the front office staff was polite as well as the nurse who took my labs, however my experience with Dr. Jana Bures-Forsthoefel was far from pleasant. The moment she walked into the room she was closed off and rude. While going over my medical history she made judgmental remarks, and dare I say ‘faces’ … I asked her if the change in my hormones from the ectopic pregnancy could have cause my weight gain, explaining to her that nothing in my diet or day to day life has changed including my daily exercise and that I had gained around 15lbs in 2 months, to which she responded “maybe you should just stop eating”…when doing my pelvic exam, I expressed to her that I was uncomfortable (given that I was still in pain and bleeding) she made me feel like I was being dramatic, she didn’t tell me what she was doing as she was doing it, I’d also never had a pelvic exam done before and was unfamiliar with what was happening, I asked her if she was done after she removed the speculum she ignored me then proceeded to give me a bimanual exam without warning and again made me feel as though my pain and discomfort was just me being dramatic. She treated me like I didn’t know what I was talking about because I am young, I left that visit with more trauma, feeling lesser about myself, and overall hopeless… I hope this prevents anyone from potentially feeling the way I felt, or experiencing anything like what I experienced with this woman. "

"Dr Amy is great. But her office staff are rude and insensitive and do not bill correctly. Also talk very loudly on the phone about patients to where everyone in the waiting room can hear jeopardizing confidentiality. Office staff treats extremely unethically and unprofessionally. "
