Dr. Glaspey spent a ton of time to get to know me. He was demonstrably clearly and kind, thorough and attentive to my needs and questions. Isn't there a six-star rating available? "

"I have been a patient here for a few years. My pcp has been great! No complaints there. My issue however began with billing. They put in the wrong code for what should have been an annual screening covered by my insurance. I was charged the copay because I was told that they couldn’t fix it. They promised me that they would fix it next time but low and behold, still got a bill. It’s been 7 months since I have been waiting for billing to get back to me. Ive left countless messages on their direct line and with front desk. 7 months— no call back. Some if the ladies have a bad attitude at the front and act annoyed. They don’t like or appreciate their jobs which is my reason for not going as much as I’d like. I’m contemplating finding a new pcp which is a shame."

"This doctor shows as being in network. I have received a bill for out of network charges. He did not notify me at the time of service that he was no longer in the network of which he still shows as being in. I received a bill for $419.00 of which I am responsible for $249.00 after my $10.00 copay for a routine 15 minute follow up office visit. "

"Needed a local family Dr and met Dr Castro yesterday. He's amazing, not only very knowledgeable but takes his time with his patients. An Air Force veteran, great bedside manners, explains everything thing and doesn't rush you like your typical MD. Glad to have found him, recommend him very highly"

"This office used to be great and had great patient care. Now its gone down hill in the worst way. There is new staff everytime i come in. Ive been coming here for 8 years now and Dr. Alario was a god send. He care about his payients and their care and didnt focused on just making as much as possible. Now they triple book and only care about how many people they can see. You have to take basically a whole day off just to be seen. Dr Gambino is great if you have the time to wait to see him. His staff is slow and always new. His offices are run by his wife who is a total idiot. Shes a disgusting person and should be running an office. Which every single person ive encounter that has had any interactions with her agree. This office which she is the "office manager" for and billing manager for has no clue what shes doing. This is why family shouldnt have too much power because they run your practice into the ground. They cancelled my appt and deactivated my account over a $25 bill i showed proof of paying 5 times. Can you say retaliation by billing because she has a problem with me because i speak my mind. Over it. Finding a new provider. You can never get through to the office. You leave message for prior authorization or nurse line for refills and they never call back. Email through the portal and no one ever responds. Dont get caught up with this office it will just make you blood pressure and heart rate sky rocket anytime you have to deal with them. Its a shame because most of the doctors are great. Dr Gambinos wife cost them one of their best providers Sarah Hartford. ARNP. Hes also lost some amazing staff. So sad and such a waste"
