"I went to see Dr Deprima. He was great, explained in detail every thing wrong with my spine, what he would do to give me pain relief. I thought the man was the best, I had total faith in him. I received a 4 page letter from insurance approving all Icd 9 codes Dr Deprima was going to do. I called the office to schedule my mini surgery only to be told he had retired, I’m 3 weeks since my visit. Did he not know this when he saw me or when he got permission to do the procedure from my insurance. My pain level is excruciating. I called insurance, told them Dr Deprima had retired. They knew nothing about that. My pain is so bad my husband wants to take me to an emergency room. I am so very disappointed in how this office handled my pain.8"
