Never once did I feel rushed, she answered and addressed all my questions, and I could tell she was actively listening. She is what I can only describe as the gold standard for an excellent family physician. "

That said, I do feel it’s important to note one concern regarding the professionalism of the office environment. On a recent visit, I observed that a front desk staff member was wearing a political bracelet ("Free Palestine"). While individuals are entitled to their personal beliefs, the display of political messaging in a healthcare setting can make patients—particularly those from Jewish or Israeli backgrounds—feel uncomfortable or unwelcome. A clinical space should be a neutral, safe environment for all patients. This observation in no way reflects on the quality of care I received from (Rochelle) Dr. Samarasekera, which was exceptional. I share this feedback in the hope that the office can maintain an inclusive and professional atmosphere that matches the excellence of its clinical staff."

"Fri 12:30pm The Doctor himself is fabulous but his staff is atrocious. Being shuffled to the then Nurse practitioner and without prior notification, I was upset and stopped going. She was condescending, asked too many questions and i did not like her. Even at the Pediatrician you are informed if a change is made. Deciding to try again I scheduled an appointment, which was rough because one of the ladies ( who was nice) apparently got promoted, because she turned into Cruella. Rather than fight with her everytime ( my job was a crucial morning one) I found another Dr.'s office. Yes, I wasn't happy; this new Doc. just renewed prescriptions and thats it. So I went back, but this time i moved some distance away, the nurse practitioner was an official doctor married to My Doctor ????. It was no surprise at my appointment she popped in and gave me that " great" news. Anyway after that visit I changed jobs with the same company and, trying to not tarnish my probationary period, I planned to go back as soon as summer break came. My BP meds ran out but too me it was okay because i also needed to be seen. When i called though, the guy was hostile, loud talking and rude. I was basically blackmailed ( no visit/ no meds and it had been days without so i felt ill). An appointment was made for 8:30am but you go before 8am and first come first served, so not eating was okay. A female called to confirm my appointment not even 5 mins. after, which was weird. Then another rough, loud caller, called telling me my appt. was at 11:00, i asked her if i was expected to be hungry and with out meds until that time and she said yes gruffly but changed it too 10. After 15 mins waiting, i was called to weigh by someone who asked me how was I today, i didnt answer. After another 10 min wait Mrs. My Doctor came in asking, how was i today ( really!!!!!), declared my bp was high ( duh!!!!) Gave me an 8 hr fast acting pill. I was out of it by this time hungry, no sleep and no meds, so after they took vials of blood nd said i was all set, i left for sustainance. I tried calling in my BP meds but there were no refills so i decided to wait for the morning ( thats when joy comes right lol), there was still none. I go to the Wal-Mart and the lovely person said none was sent. After calling they allowed 1 mths worth only of those pills, none for the other meds, so the pharmacist told me call them. I got Mr. Hostile, loud talking, rude Michael Bocchicchio, who said the move was correct and i cant expect to get meds without a visit. So every month i have to go for a visit or no meds. Tell me why am i trying to keep these people, i live very far away, I'm being blackmailed into visiting monthly, i am treated terribly and i know they are paid...my visits aren't free (my daughter thinks they are racist)."
