"We had an appointment for our daughter three weeks ago, but Sandra called a few days afterwards to say she was "double booked". She offered to hand us off to one of her associates, but after investigating, we found that this woman had only a couple of years experience/practice. We booked another appointment for today with Sandra and were successful. Today she contacted us to cancel the appointment again! Her agent, Grow Therapy/Dignity Counseling, sent us a message that she had cancelled the appointment. Moreover, we were just informed that "she is no longer accepting new patients". This has been very vexing to us because our daughter desperately needs counseling and there are none with more than a couple years experience in Ocala, or they only do virtual meetings (which our daughter would not open up for). Very unprofessional and poor communications all around!"
