"A lot has changed as far as the office staff is concerned. The staff is courteous even on their busiest days. I got there for the appointment and the wait time was less than 30 minutes. The doctor has excellent bedside manners and listens to you. The nurses are always courteous and professional."

"I've been going to see specialists for over 10 years now. I've seen so many doctors that I've lost count because I have many medical conditions. I am not exaggerating when I say that Dr. Carpintero is by far the WORST doctor I have ever had. She obviously doesn't care about her patients. She's lazy and does nothing to help you. She's so bad at her job that even other doctors from other specialties know about her because she has a terrible reputation within the medical field. Stay away from this doctor. You'll just be wasting your time and money and in the end, you'll still be in pain and have no answers. I am posting my review to several websites to make sure I can warn as many people as possible. "I was the last appointment of the day for Dr. Vig. The appointment was rushed. It was evident that the doctor was focused on getting out of the office as fast as possible. She did not show any care of empathy. She did not inquire if I had any questions. She did not go over all the bloodwork she subscribed. She was not wearing a mask during the appointment. The office staff was unprofessional and lacked training. They repeatedly provided wrong information to me. They insisted that my health insurance accepted the lab they recommended for me to use for my bloodwork. I called my health insurance to confirm. The lab they recommended was an out of network provider for my insurance. Had I used that lab, I would have been responsible to pay for approximately $2,500 out of pocket. I do not recommend this doctor and I do not recommend the office South Miami Spine & Joint. "
