Cardiologists - Lake Mary, FL

"If you are interested in spending hours sitting in a doctor’s office waiting for your appointment to begin this is the perfect office for you! I have been to this office six times and EVERY. SINGLE. TIME it is the same thing. I show up on or slightly before my appointment time and I wait over an hour, close to two hours sometimes just to be seen. During one of my appointments for example my original appointment was for 12:30, a woman called me and asked if I would mind coming in at 11 and I agreed. I have been sitting in the office for over an hour and 15 minutes (almost at my original appointment time) and still have not been seen. I moved my entire work day around to accommodate this office and am now late for a work meeting that was at 11 that I moved to 12 to again, accommodate this office. This is every visit. So if you plan to visit have -AT LEAST three hours of your day open. Today I arrived ten minutes before my appointment to go over results, mind you they have already rescheduled this appointment, and was told when I arrived they needed to reschedule AGAIN!! Now I leave to go out of the country not knowing the results of my recent tests. This office raises my blood pressure and causes me severe stress and anxiety. I will not be returning to see this doctor or this office again. Lastly, and definitely the most unprofessional experience I have EVER had in a doctor’s office… Dr. Ahuja took a PERSONAL call on his cell phone during our first meeting in his office. I couldn’t believe it, I have not should I have ever had to experience that. I felt unimportant and like and inconvenience to him. It was awful and I could hear the woman on the phone, they were discussing a handyman situation at their house. If it were an emergency or if he had said I may need to take a call during our visit I would have been ok… ish… with it but I have never had that happen before."
