"I received a letter noting Dr Syed was retiring 4/1/2025 and the new Dr Diaz was taking over. You were given 90 days to stay with the new dr or get a new primary and after that the office was not going to have your records. I was due for follow up and needed blood work for 6 month follow up to see if the medication was working. I called and left messages TWICE and no return call. I went in person to the office asked for a script to quest for the reasons above. The staff said no I have to see the dr first. I was open to this and asked for appointment with Dr Diaz. I was told no had to see the PA. I asked to make an appointment with only with Dr Diaz, I would like to meet the new dr and see if I want to continue with this practice . Again, told no the dr is not here just the PA. I now said I think I will leave this and move to another dr. I would request my records. The staff said too busy they will mail to me. I waited 3 days nothing and called left messages. Last straw my message stated, I will come to pick up in person. I went again to the office and picked up my file in person. The records were incomplete but got something. Honestly, why would I support this dr or staff. The most uncooperative, unprofessional and outright rude. Good luck if you think there is any interest in your well being. I would give negative star if possible. "

"Dr Ventura is excellent, top notch in all ways. But the front desk need a new face, someone helpful, knowledgeable. She always charged more than the patient have to pay and she doesn't listen. Very rude"
