"I had a doctor's appointment with this doctor and had to schedule a follow up visit. Unfortunately I had to reschedule my follow up visit to a different day because of a family emergency. The doctors office sent me a $35 cancellation fee bill for rescheduling my appointment. When I called the doctors office to discuss this charge the staffs response was that they could not assist me because their computer system was showing that I had cancelled & rescheduled at the same time and the fee would still apply. Unfortunately this doctor has lost a patient because of their office practice. "

" My Father had surgery. Never woke up. Passed away 3 weeks later. Had a call after surgery and 2 calls in the 3 weeks after. Left numerous messages for a call back with call service and nurses. No call backs. Communication is the worst I have ever seen. Had to hire lawyer for answers. Ridiculous. Stay far away"
