"First Visit: He diagnosed me with a herniated disc based only on X-rays, prescribed medication, and offered an injection. When I asked about the injection's details and side effects, he rushed me, gave a dismissive short answer ("it's for pain, no side effects"), told me we'd do an MRI next time if the pain continued, and hurried me out in under 10 minutes. Zero Communication: After receiving my X-rays, I tried contacting him to ask about alternative care steps. He completely ignored my phone calls and emails, forcing me to just wait for the next appointment. Second Visit: He was incredibly moody and literally started screaming his answers at me. Now he claimed I had arthritis. When I asked how that related to the herniated disc, he snapped that "it’s the same." When I pushed for the MRI we discussed, he just demanded, "You are in pain, where are you in pain?" and told me to come back next month. Billing Fraud & Poor Administration: My Explanation of Benefits (EOB) revealed the injection was a steroid, and his office billed for three injections when I only received one. They refused to answer my calls or emails about being overcharged, and my insurance company wouldn't help. I had to file a dispute with my bank to finally get a refund, and even then, months later, they try to sent a check with the wrong name and wrong address."
