I a Medicare Broker and hear complaints about doctors that don't do the job that is expected. Dr. Brent Schillinger does a great job. I have been going to him for over 10 years."

"I went to her for a blemish that looked like it might be an issue. She confirmed that it was not and then did a full body check for any other issues, pointing out ones that I had not even noticed. Fortunately they all were benign. No pressure. No pushing unnecessary procedures. Good at keeping me from feeling embarrassed by my issues or questions."

"went in for a concern for something on my face, they took a biopsy, was a superficial situation. the Medical assistant Michelle who introduced herself as a "DOCTOR" came in first ask initial questions. The doctor them comes in does the biopsy. I call a week later to ask about results I get a snippy person in pathology who says we wont have results for another week. 15 min later I get a phone message to call back for results, "Michelle" calls leaves message. I call back and she is out to lunch. I finally get a call back and I asked her you left a message saying Michelle but you told me you are a doctor. She then told me, in London she is a doctor. She then give me my results and when I ask questions she "doesn't know" she then says if you want just get MOHS surgery, we don't think you will be happy(asking questions and advocating for oneself is paramount in healthcare) when I ask for the doctor to call me back. I have not gotten a back to this day. I have changed Doctors when to a PROFESSIONAL Doctor who cares about HIS patients and getting the non invasive care that was appropriate for my superficial situation. Avoid these money hungry dishonest doctors who do not care about the patient. The staff is very rude as well. They have a lot to learn about care and treating people with respect."
