"Beware of this Doctor! Dr.Milner is almost 80 years old and is suffering from signs of Dementia. After 10 years of him being my Doctor I’ve finally had enough. HIPAA violations in Privacy he does not care about. This doctor primarily uses email especially since the pandemic and has carbon copied other patients emails and personal contact information when emailing patients. He refuses to use his phone for anything and feels he should charge more if he has to speak to a patient via the phone. Charges $135 when the going rate for his services is $99 only accepts cash, Zelle, or PayPal. He’ll keep you hooked on narcotics just so he can get paid in cash. Has a horrible bedside manner. He will go off if you don’t answer his emails right away. Will keep you on such a tight leash with the meds he won’t even write a 30 day supply. Only 28 day supplies. Which means you as a patient have to skip doses if you have to work cause you can’t make it to the pharmacy every 28th day. Because English isn’t his first language, he doesn’t understand what words mean and will become hostile and get into a pissing contest if he thinks someone is disrespecting him even when they’re not, he just doesn’t have a good working knowledge of the English language. Forgets or chooses to forget critical information that is shared with him. When he would see patients in person at his office he wasn’t so bad. I believe his age and the pandemic has taken a toll on his mental fitness and he’s no longer able to carry out his duties in a professional, respectful manner anymore. He’s never accepted insurance of any kind in the 10 years I seen him. He doesn’t have a receptionist or anyone who can keep him on task. If you’re looking for a Suboxone doctor. Go on google and they have them for $99 and some of them even accept insurance. I would definitely suggest against going to this physician. Pre pandemic I would have given him 3 stars. Post pandemic these last 3 years I’d give him 1 star."
