"My experience here has been consistently frustrating. The front desk staff repeatedly claimed they sent in my prescription, yet it never actually happened. I had to call multiple times each week, only to end up driving to the office myself—where I was still denied proper help. There’s a clear lack of accountability and communication, and the staff seems more interested in brushing patients off than providing actual care. At the end of the day, there are plenty of other doctors and online options that are more reliable and respectful. I won’t be coming back."

"I had been seeing Dr Taylor for almost 2 yrs for anxiety and PTSD. He charges the maximum fee ($150) to send any paperwork by fax to employers,etc. I applied for FMLA thru my employer about a year ago and everything was fine. February of this year(2022) I applied for short term disability thru my employer. The Dr office made me come in for a 'medcheck' appt to discuss the paperwork. The appt was at 730am(no other patients in sight or cars in the parking lot). I was finally put in a therapy room at 800am and the Dr finally came in at 830am. He actually yelled at me quote" Do you think all I have is time to sit around and fill out your paperwork? I work 65-70hrs a week and get 5hrs of sleep a night. This is harassment and Ill get to it whenever". He then stormed out of the room without saying anything else.The office called me later that day saying the fee would be $300 to send the paperwork to my employer and it had to be paid in cash. My next appt was set for Feb 28 at 210pm. I recieved a call from the Dr office Feb 28 at 12pm saying the Dr wasnt available and needed to reschedule. The appt was rescheduled for April4. On March 3,2022 I received a certified letter form the Dr office saying he would provide emergency assistance for me until March 14,2022 and would provide no other assistance or referrals after that. No explanation for this was given and he gave me less than 2weeks to find another provider. ABSOLUTELY DIGUSTING AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!"
