"I would like to share my experience with my son Martín's pediatrician. She is a very competent professional who knows her field well, which is essential for our children's health. However, I have noticed that her approach is quite direct, and sometimes she lacks a bit of tact. We understand that her time is limited and she has many patients, but we would appreciate a little more empathy in her interactions. This would not only help parents feel more comfortable but could also benefit the children during their visits. In summary, while I believe she is an excellent doctor, an added touch of sensitivity would make a significant difference. Thank you for your dedication!"

"We had a great pediatrician for several years when my son was young, we had to leave b/c of the staff. It took us a while but we found a place where the doctor is amazing, and the staff is amazing. They run everything very smoothly with an easy to use portal. The staff is always responsive and gets it. It is so true, you have to have both a great doctor and staff. Office is also clean, and timely. More doctors in this area could take notice of this! We recommend Dr. Fox often, and the office we visit RPB is great! So sad people only post when they are angry. The truth is there are so many more good experiences with this provider. She is recommended on our mom groups all the time. We know what a poor experience is, and we have never had one here."

"I recently switched my three children to this office because their previous pediatrician moved away. As much as I like Dr. Lilinthal I cannot deal with the front office staff. They never have appointments available and you rarely get with the same doctor. I felt like it was a cattle call with no personal touch. I have been trying to get a vaccination before starting school (which is required) and I was told....well, you should of tried sooner, they are booked. Not sure how this establishment will keep going this way, but beware if you are looking for something a little personal.....this is not your office."
