"The only reason she is getting A 1-star is because there are no ZEROS! To begin with, our first visit with her was her first day out of residency (by her own admission) and of course, she thought she knew everything. She knew everything except for how important it was to listen to the 63yr old patient. One size does not fit all. First, on three different occasions, she did not return urgent phone calls from me, a patient. Once while I was passing alot of blood from a severe kidney infection, the staff told me she would call me "right back". A month later, I'm still waiting. She refused to give me the antibiotic that I'm always prescribed for bronchitis and a sinus infection. I have numerous antibiotic allergies. She may be the Dr but she's got alot to learn! Don't waste your time on a PCP who isn't interested in working with the patient who knows herself quite well."
