"Dr. Liz has been absolutely amazing with our daughter who has been suffering from Long Covid. From our initial appointment through the many follow up appointments, Dr. Liz has been attentive, caring, responsive, and had many excellent suggestions which have helped us tremendously. I honestly do not know how we would have made it through the last year without Dr. Liz and would recommend her without hesitation. Amazing pediatrician!"

"Nice doctor, who is wonderful when you can see her. She takes time to listen to your needs and you don't feel rushed. The bad news is she is totally unreliable with appointments. She's canceled 3 of the 4 appointments I've scheduled with her. The same is true for my daughters who also see her. Each of us has experienced making appointments months in advance (usually a year!) and being told that the doctor is not in as we're trying to check in ...the day of the appointment! It's highly disrespectful of our time (e.g., missing work to go to appointment, spending time getting labs done in advance, etc.). Her office staff claims to call you about the cancellation (the day of an appointment) but they never have. Instead, you'll receive multiple emails, texts, and MyChart app notifications to CONFIRM your appointment days, hours, and even minutes ahead of your appointment time. If you value your time and want to avoid being frustrated, then find another doctor and frankly, the office as a whole.The front office staff is passive, lack follow through, and generally unhelpful."

Dr. Bogacki provides exceptional care and understanding of my health and concerns and respects my desire to ask him in-depth questions on various matters and is patient in providing answers. I trust his recommendations on the care that he provides. His staff is also very efficient in scheduling appointments and finding slots for me when urgent situations (like a tick bite) arise. "
