"Absolute worst doctor. My mom went to Milford with physical injuries and randomly starting showing symptoms of something equivocating Alzheimer's after Benton and others put her on heavy duty meds. For over 2 months my mom had gone from thinking normally to acting psychotic and whenever me or my father tried to explain this to Benton he denied it. He said my mother was ALWAYS crazy. One day I went to visit her and was in the process of grieving, Benton sought me out just to tell me and I quote " you're really stressing out my neurological team". Imagine explaining to the son of someone who's temporarily lost his mother that YOU'RE the one stressing based on something YOUR medical team did. I swear to god I have no idea how this guy is classified as a "licensed professional", not only was he unable to explain anything about my mother's condition, not only was he not helpful what so ever, he was INCREDIBLY hostile, rule and went as far as blaming the problem on me and my dad, saying that he had records that our house was dirty, therefore my mother was always crazy. Literally logic that made absolutely no sense and he would just have the most hostile attitude I've ever seen. If you care about your loved ones do yourself a favor and NEVER take them to Patrick Benton or Milford Hospital. He cares more about covering his own hide then actually doing his job, which he is clearly inexperienced in. "

"She told my mother there was nothing wrong with her and every symptom was in her head. Turns out she has a heart murmur. She bases her diag. on how you look(weight, temp) She always makes you wait more than 30mins. And puts you on all these medications just to see what will happen. My guess is she gets paid by pharmaceutical companies for every perscription she writes. "
