"Dr. Nash is pleasant, knowledgeable, and has a decent bedside manner. Office is the worst I've experienced and the practice manager practically had me in tears for her lack of empathy and non-desire to help. I asked my doctor to call me and instead she had the office manager call me. She asked how she could help, but then just seemed to repeat herself over and over as if from a script and as if she had no intention of helping me. Prescriptions were called in wrong, I was given the wrong test by an assistant, I was sent to facilities for procedures that were not on my insurance plan so I had to re-schedule, referrals were worded poorly so they were billed as diagnostic instead of preventative despite doctor telling me they should be covered as preventative and she refused to reword them. Appointment was canceled without my knowledge because the day they called to confirm, I was not at home. I was charged for an office visit above and beyond my annual physical even though I cannot get the office to tell me what was done/discussed that was not part of an annual exam. I guess I prefer a single doctor's office as opposed to a practice because I felt like cattle being shuttled through with no concern for my financial health either. I know they're doctors and their priority is medical care, but insurance is a fact of life, I have a high deductible health plan, and I felt like they just wanted money, money, money and didn't care that it was coming out of my pocket because of my deductible."

"I have been seeing Dr John Voth as my PCP for over 14 years. He is an exception physician that takes the time to actually read my health records; he caught a rise in my PSA levels which meant I needed prostate treatment. Thanks to Dr Voth a very serious condition that turned aggressive was caught in time and I have had no further problem for the last four years. He is nothing like the other review on this site and I question whether that person ever visited Dr Voth or the office at all (troll). Dr Voth and his staff have always been top notch professionals and I am even going out of network to keep him as my PCP. "

"They sent incorrect referral type to specialist. 2 months later, I got bill for $500. Office Mgr, Debbie, lectured me on why it is my responsibility to double check and ensure they sent the proper referral (who knows there are different types, doc-2-doc and Aetna Referral ID?) to the specialist. Refused to help. Complete frustration. The Director of Operations, Nancy Turkal and her secretary Chris Tharp will not return any emails. Nobody will help. I've been a patient there almost 20 years. I've been very nice and cordial, they have been nothing but unprofessional. Debbie even told me they messed up, but immediately blamed both myself and the specialist for not catching their mistake. WTF."
