Emergency Medicine Doctors - Aurora, CO

"This doctor was not helpful at all.My GP suspects I have a serious condition that is extremely painful in my neck.This doctor decided to push as hard as he could on my neck - to see if I was lying I guess?- to the point of tears. Then asked if I wanted a pain injection in my neck. Since that is how this condition began - a needle puncturing the epidural lining of my neck - I politely declined. He then stood up, said “Well then I’m not giving you any other meds and I have no idea why you’re even here.” So because I wouldn’t let him put a needle in my neck, I shouldn’t seek help? This man has zero empathy and should not be anywhere near patients with his horrific bedside manner. I’m not even sure if he’s suited for research or something where he doesn’t deal at all with actual patients who need help because he may be unsafe. I have never needed to leave a review like this before and it is sad that I do.UCHealth needs to be aware, as he is a liability. I see he works with children and elders - major issue as he is unsafe and lacks empathy. He may have even gone as far as to have intentionally inflicted harm. It’s ironic that he works with head trauma as this began with a TBI. I stand by my comment that he is dangerous and inflicting intentional pain. "

"GILBERT PINEDA has no place in a hospital or any medical institution...I was not only ingored and not given any treatment for a very serious dog bite to hands and face, but after sitting for 5 hours and receiving no care whatsoever for my injuries, being lied to about having been administered medication, and finally threatened, by the physician himself that he will have me handcuffed to a gurney if i did try to leave on my own, after almost 6 hours of not being treated... this 'doctor' shouldnt be -allowed to be clearing bed pans, let alone being a physician in an ER,"
