Obstetricians and Gynecologists - Ventura, CA

"Today was my appointment, I was going to be a new patient. I called Dr. Coles office a few weeks ago to schedule my appointment, then rescheduled due to a conflict with work. I arrive at my appointment early and the doors were locked (their lunch hour says ends at 1:00) I was waiting until after 1:15 PM when one of the office staffs walked over from her car to ask why I was there. I informed her I had an appointment, she told me I wouldn't be seen because I had my daughter and they are following the COVID protocols. No one mentioned this to me when i made my first and second call. I also called this morning to confirm my own appointment, usually office staff calls the business day before or a few days prior, but the same person told me everyone gets told when making an appointment. When I asked if my daughter can wear a mask, I was told no, my daughter cant be there at all. During this time, the other office staff unlocked the door to let me in as if there was no issue. When I wasn't walking in the original staff member informed them I can't be seen. Then the same staff member asked me, "so no one takes of your daughter" with such a condescending tone. I had no option but to leave. Now I understand the other reviews about the staff and to Dr. Cole, I really hope you look at them and review your staff. I felt like I was a bother to them and they just wanted me to leave them, if they dont like their job, then leave, its no ones fault you hate it, but yours."
