"The moment we walked in, we were borderline yelled at by an extremely rude racist lady at the front. She did not greet us and immediately interrogated us. I brought my daughter there as a new patient and was unaware that we had to fill a form online a day before. She told us to leave and to reschedule with attitude. She did not even attempt to help us out. What a horrible way to be greeted or treated."

"I called this office at 10:25am & tried to first to ask how much is the treatment & then tried to verify if Dr. Naoki Kamoshida is still in network with Aetna. First question was answered, but she did not readily know if they take Aetna. I explained to her that I saw the Dr. under in-network providers, & would like to verify it with them before making an appt. I was taken aback when receptionist said I'm asking for personal questions. I told her this is a simple question which should be answered with no resistance, not to be taken as a personal one & that I am verifying because there are instances when the insurance website information is not updated & certain providers are still in-network when they are not. I said I am asking because I want to know how much will be my co-insurance before making an appointment. She said she does not know. I asked if the clinic also happens to have a licensed massage therapist I could see apart from the Chiro session, she said yes. I asked if they bill under one business/facility practice for insurance purposes, or if their massage therapist bills independently. She said that for massage, it would be an upfront payment. Fine. I then asked should I schedule a massage therapy, will I be given a receipt with business tax id & massage therapist license # on the receipt? She was so offended that I asked. She said that I am asking way too many information. I told her that I am asking because since for massage they only take upfront payment, I would have to see if they give out all the necessary receipt requirements so that my insurance can reimburse me. She just remained offended. Which makes me question the kind of business this is. For the Chiro, it cannot be a sham because the Dr has a license, but the cluelessness of the receptionist certainly makes this office/clinic seem questionable."
