"This provider was filling in for my usual dentist who was out on vacation. Getting treated by Dr. Lobb was one of the worst dental experiences I have ever had. Never have I had an encounter with a provider who did not keep the patient informed as to what they were doing. Dr. Lobb didn't say a single nice or positive thing to me, the entire time he saw me he complained, talked down to me or his assistant, and basically insinuated that things weren't going to plan because of me. He did not give me numbing to perform my treatment because "you don't need it". Not only did he perform my treatment without numbing or without keeping me informed, but he strayed from the treatment plan outlined by my dentist which may have made things worse. His license needs to be suspended!"
