"I came with with "normal" test results for inflammation, but several joints and tendons were misbahaving badly. I told him I think it is systemic. He told me several times I was suffering from anxiety and that it is mostly in my head. His tone implied "hysterical woman"... He brushed me off and went on his merry way. The more he dismissed my concerns, the more emotional I became (thus his skepticism only grew). A month later I saw a female Rheumatologist. By that time I have had several MRI done. They revealed multiple physical issues. Definitely not in my head. :( I have been very upset by my interaction with Dr. G. I don't hold it against him that he did not diagnosed properly. I did see him prior to the MRIs. I can forgive him for that one, but the dismissive attitude was unforgivable. Like many people with autoimmune issues I had enough ignorant and dismissive comments from my people around me. I really didn't expect to hear them from a dr. His NP was excellent. His office staff excel in rudeness. "
