"New member of a plan with Dr. Omarali assigned as PCP. Called to make first appointment and was told that he is not in the Plan network. Pointed out to the front office lady that he is on the plan site as being in network and was assigned by the plan. She was not listening and very difficult to converse with. She said to call the Plan to get this sorted which I did. I was told by the Plan agent he is in network and she would call Dr. Omarali's office to sort it out. Dr. Omarlai's front office lady hung up on the Plan agent twice without engaging in any conversation/clarification. Given the front office experience, needless to say getting an alternative PCP. "
