Pulmonologist - Petaluma, CA

"Do not feel like the doctor is truly concerned with my well being. Called him because I was having severe problem breathing. He sent me to the emergency room. I waited a week for him to contact with the results for the emergency room. He never contacted me. A week later I called, got an appt. He said he did not understand what I meant when I kept saying I can't breath. He is a pulmonologist??? He is more concerned with my BPAP machine then the fact I can't walk the length of my house without gasping for air. I can't breath. Finally he told me to go see my cardiologist because the ER doctor stated congestive heart failure. But he did not seem concerned with the fact. He scheduled me for a 6 minuted walk test, I told him I can't walk very far without gasping for air, but he scheduled it anyways, stating to the scheduling person I was having problems with the BPAP machine, I am not having problems with my machine. I still can't breath, no relief from him. Looking for a new doctor to help me. I have COPD. I am afraid if I stay with him, I will be dead in a year. "
