"I have been very patient with this PHP and am FED up... I am typing this review with HUGE disappointment. First visit - I got to see the doctor and prescribed me meds, and when i went to CVS I had to pay meds not covered by my insurance. This could've been resolved by the staff and their coordination with my insurance. I had to wait almost a month to get this clarified before i am able to get my prescription. 2nd time - High BP, went to ER and then needed to follow up with PHP for follow up. when i need to call for any appointments, their system is always down and cannot get ahold of them. and when i do call them, it takes a while for them to get back to me and its even a miracle to call me back. j 3rd - just a few minutes ago, I wanted to call them to schedule for my vertigo check and their system is down. I am FED up! in time of need, they cannot be trusted. I am very kind and understanding and patient, and they have tested my patience. This is unacceptable. Staff should show more empathy/Sympathy as well as the Doctor."

"I arrived for a TB skin test and a physical exam, which was clearly stated to the office staff. Here are my complaints. - waited an hour for a room. - once in a room I waited about hour for someone to enter. - The Physician assistant performed a 30 second "physical exam" - The exam consisted of listening to my heart and lungs inadequately ( wasnt even told to respire, I held my breath to see if he would say something and he didn't catch that). - He pushed on my abdomen in 2 spots, and called the exam done. - The PA never asked me any questions about anything! If I had any complaints or concerns. - Then he sits me in the hallway for another 45 mins. - An unidentified person arrives and hand me a paper and says nothing except that I could go. - I asked him what the paper was and he says its for bloodwork. - I told him I wasn't informed about any blood work and asked why I hadn't been informed about it. - He tells me to go to one of the addresses to get the blood work done, as that is what the doctor wanted, then dismisses me to leave. - I Then asked him about my TB skin test. - He said no one had informed him about the test. - I proceeded to wait another 45 mins for the staff and this unidentifed person to return. - They charged me for the TB test, and took me to a back hallway area. - An unidentified person, who never introduced himself or his title, and never makes eye contact with me begins to prepare my shot. - I asked him to identify himself, and then another patient walks into my area and sees me in the chair with no privacy. - The person was asking about when they were gonna be seen, because they had waited a long time. - Then after adminstering the shot, he neglects to tell me to return for the reading in 48-72 hours. - Luckily, since i work in the medical field I know the protocol. When I returned after 2 days. I asked for my paperwork about my physical exam to be returned to me. The doctor filled in inaccurate vitals and my visual acuity (when it was never done at this office before). Then he failed to fill out the physical exam form to completion. I asked for the paper to be filled out correctly, and that if the exam was normal to write that it was normal and the physician refused repeatedly. He comprimised by placing a check mark in each column. The reason I am so frustrated was that because he lied. All those sections of the physical exam were never performed. Neurological, lymphatic, musculoskeletal, I had my shirt on during the whole exam for crying out loud. The actions of this physician and his staff were obscene, unethical, and untolerable. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. "
