"He and his staff abandoned me as a patient. During my last visit we decided to move forward with an operation and physical therapy. After waiting close to a month I contacted the office and was informed they had no information on him! After an additional month I finally was given his new contact information. Why would I trust a doctor to do surgery after he disregarded my situation and abandoned me for two months! His clinical notes were wrong with dates of incident and he put his personal opinions about my personal thoughts in the notes! Completely unprofessional! Beware of his practices."
