Geriatrician - Los Gatos, CA

"While Norman Woods is clearly a very nice gentleman, he also appears to be at a point in his life and career where he doesn't need to work anymore and unfortunately shows all the evidence of a physician who is no longer engaged in his work and therefore no longer best serving his patients' needs. He seems distracted and, probably simply due to age, not what one would call "sharp". In fairness, my only interaction with him thus far has been a "get acquainted and reinstate my prescription" visit when I first moved to the area But I would not feel confident with his attentiveness, despite his deep experience, were I to present with a difficult condition that required immediate diagnosis and treatment. And for what it's worth, my wife had the exact same impression of him, months earlier, when she had her first appointment. She had not reported anything about his demeanor to me, so I wasn't predisposed to the impression I have shared here. But we both felt the same way about the good doctor."
