"I'm giving a one star only because I have to in order to write a review. I was recommended to this office by my attorney after my daughter and I were impacted in a car accident. Since day one I didn't like the way I was spoken by the receptionist/appointment scheduler woman, I advised I didn't want to see this Dr, my attorney convinced me he was a great Dr and to give him a chance. Well we went to the appointment today and I must say I SHOULD HAVE GONE WITH MY FIRST IMPRESSION. We arrived on time, took my daughter out of school and I made time out of work, even though they send a text saying that if you are 15 min late they will cancel the appointment, the Dr came 30 minutes late. So its my right to ask the same courtesy be paid to us, so I get off the room and asked how long more will it take for my daughter to be seen? The lady was not rude but she was not nice either she said it will take a few more minutes I asked again if she had any idea how much longer and I added if the Dr was always so disrespectful of others time? She said she will ask the Dr to come and explain to me why was he disrespectful of my time. This hideous piece of... human, came to the room where we were no apology no introduction, he just said that if I didn't like it we could leave, he was not the only Dr in town and I could take my patient any where, (I agree) I replied that she was not my patient but my daughter and then he said "leave" believe me you don't have to say it twice, I don't recommend not the office, not the Dr at all, if he thinks his medical degree gives him the right to be late and being rude he is wrong! Dr are a business and we are paying a lot to do business with them, just look at your explanation of benefits and you will understand, they are nor doing us a favor when we go to their offices. For my part I will reach out to the medical board and vocalize my complaint as well as all social media channels available, how dare he to disrespect me in front of my daughter! Obviously my attorney will cease business with this office."
