"I have been going to Dr. Jang for RA care at the Baldwin Park Kaiser medical offices. She has made a number of mistakes such as not reviewing the literature and telling me something that was not true regarding when I could or could not take my medication when I had covid AND most recently, in April/May 2023, she put my medication on hold citing I needed bloodwork. However, she did not review my patient file...which is all there electronically, online...to see the bloodwork that I had barely gotten. She had no idea that I had bloodwork done and she did not review it or discuss the results with me. So she then puts a hold on my meds and when I went to get the bloodwork, the lab says I cannot get bloodwork again because I just had it done. They said I was not due until mid May. It took over a week to get this cleared up and I was informed that she was spoken to by the chief of the department. Dr. Jang also wants to focus on things that are working well...for ex, change the meds when they are working well...and is dismissive when you have a concern...for ex, my right index finger has been deteriorating for years and she dismisses it all the time. She does not have a nice attitude. She is arrogant."
