"My experience with Dr. Bradley Scott Cloud, PsyD, lead to the statement by me to him (he solicited this statement after months of "therapy" which resulted in my plans for suicide): "If I had to name one person who is responsible for the fact that I have no communication with my only daughter, I would name YOU [Bradley Scott Cloud]." Dr. Cloud tried to end the session on a positive note by smiling and leaving the room. He kept leaving the room and then returning and asking questions like: "How are you feeling?" I responded: "Why do you ask?" Somebody on the other side of the door was coaching Dr. Cloud on what to say to me. He reported by answers to the other side of the door, about whom I asked. The door was locked as far as I could tell, from the outside, so I could not leave. Somebody was coaching Dr. Cloud on the other side of the door. He then apparently arranged for my exwife to have my daughter call me twice asking for "Steve" not "Daddy." I never got one telephone call from my daughter asking for "Daddy" in spite of the fact that I made it very clear that I would like to hear from my only biological child who was in Metairie, Louisiana, while I was in Bakersfield, California, suicidal from being in the house where I had been molested at age 9 years and now being separated from one of the people with whom I had ever had a loving and healthy relationship, my daughter, aged 2 years at the time. I believe Dr. Cloud may have arranged for my exwife (the CAJUN QUEEN FROM HELL, man hater...) to call me and have my daughter taunt me with "Steve? Steve? ..." I reponded with "Hello?" "Who is this?" The last words my daughter had said to me in Metairie, Louisiana, in 1984 were "Bye Bye Daddy." Around 1985 or so I got the perverted telephone calls from a very young voice asking for "Steve? Steve? ...." which calls I thought were from my step daughter, aged 7 or 8. My step daughter called me "Steve." I would expect my daugher to call me "Dad or Daddy." Over and over again, the only word coming to me over the telephone was "Steve?" I asked questions: "Who's calling? Who is this?" I never got any response to my questions other than "Steve?" My name is "Stephen." I finally talked to my daughter years later when she was about 9 years old or so. I, as the court ordered joint custodian, called Houma, Louisiana, to inform the Sheriff, that I had reason to believe my daughter was with Craig Rinker, Lutheran Church Missori Synod ordained minister of the Gospel of Jesus, the Christ, who refused to let me talk to my daughter on the telephone when I would call him at his church. He informed me that my daughter was in Sunday School; she wasn't available to talk to her father. The next thing I know, my daughter is back in Harvey, Louisiana, where I can call and ask for her. If her mother had let me talk to my daughter, I might have enjoyed talking to my only daughter. Of course, my daughter was rarely there when I called because she was with "Amy," Craig Rinker's daughter. And my request for a telephone number where I could call and talk to my daughter was ignored over and over again. Then Craig Rinker called to tell me he wanted to adopt my daughter, and my daughter wanted to use his last name "Rinker" as her last name. According to Rev. Rinker, my daughter wanted to use "Rinker as her last name, not Mitsch." I got my daughter on the telephone and asked, "Do want to use 'Rinker' as your last name instead of 'Mitsch?' " and she said: "It doesn't matter Daddy. It doesn't matter Daddy." I say: "Suspend Dr. Cloud's license to practice as a PsyD until he can answer questions about why he targeted me for Mental Torture for years at Kern County Mental Health, in Bakersfield, California." I didn't escape from Kern County Mental health until 2001. Dr. Cloud is no dispenser of comfort, hope and understanding. The man is a pest. He abused me for his own sadistic pleasure. He often wanted to talk about how great he was and did little or nothing to address the issues faced by any of his patients, especially in my case. I believe he is guilty of a felony, breach of confidentiality. Why would another patient claim that "you [Dr. Cloud's patient] were never molested by anybody" Why would the topic of my history ever come up with another patient? Am I bitter? HELL YES, I'M BITTER and ANGRY with good reason. One reason I have mental health problems to this day is because of Dr. Bradley Scott Cloud, PsyD, Kern County Mental Health System of Care. He supervised my torture from 1983 to 2001, 18 (eighteen) years! Eighteen years of HELL!"
