"We were patients of this doctor for about 3 years and we had to finally fire her on March 9, 2017. The patient care and service has slowly gotten worse, particularly in the past 15 months. During that time, we wrote 3 letters to this doctor explaining our mail order pharmacy requirements for my wife to receive her correct medicine at the correct price. We also verbally explained this requirement to the staff at least twice. Last week, we found out that the prescription had been written incorrectly for the past year. Clearly this doctor does not read her patient’s letters. And it’s more than obvious that she does not listen to her patients either. In fact, over the past 15 months, she has become increasingly argumentative and now she is blatantly refusing to provide proper and adequate care for her patients. So if you like a doctor who won’t listen to you, this is the doctor for you. If you like a doctor who doesn’t remember what medicine you take, this is the doctor for you. If you like paying $90 for a $9 prescription because your doctor won’t write the prescription correctly, this is the doctor for you. If you like a doctor who makes you go to unnecessary appointments (at $150 a pop) in order to get your prescriptions for your long-term medicines, this is the doctor for you. If you’re looking for an argumentative, unprofessional, incompetent doctor, then this is the doctor for you. But for the rest of you that expect professionalism and proper care from a doctor who will listen to you, then run as fast and as far from this doctor as possible."

"She's been my PCP for a year. She is unprofessional and has horrible bedside manner. She only spent few minutes or even a minute to her patient. She doesn't even assess her patient's physically. She don't listen to your main complaint why you seek help to your PCP. I was complaining to her that I was in excruciating pain and point where it was exactly, she didn't even assess or look, she prescribed meds that you no longer need, she just wants to push meds, she doesn't listen to her patient's concern. She doesn't care. I cried multiple times in her clinic, that's how rude she is! The insurance called her just to do justification why the MRI is needed, she doesn't even justify her own order- I paid for my own MRI for I was miserable, the pain is unrelenting and unforgiving x 2 weeks, and when I came to her clinic to ask her to justify to the Insurance why I needed MRI, so I could be reimbursed, she just replied..."How much did you pay?" when I responded how much, she just replied, "OH, THAT'S CHEAP!" and left me in the room. I was in TEARS. It might be cheaper for her because she's a doctor, but it's not about the money, it's about professionalism and caring to your patients, because of her failure to recognized the symptoms like unforgiving pain or the urgency of unrelenting pain, which could be use to justify why the MRI is needed. I ended up now having a surgical intervention due to the delays of care. I would not recommend her to anybody to be your PCP."
