"When I first saw Dr. Nguyenduc he was very nice and listened to my concerns, did a great job with the procedure and follow up. A few months later I went back with upper GI concerns and all he did was criticize my eating habits and told me to quit drinking. Number one as I tried to tell him is that I dont drink and number 2: I eat a clean diet, all organic, veggies, white meat and no dairy. He would not listen. Was very disappointed at this visit. "

"I hope I could give him than 1 start He is dangerous, the staff the doctor everything is in the worst conditions They don't care 1% All are thinking is your money, they are thinking about how they can charge you more. I went there a couple of times, this businessman asked me for doing a lot of testing, they charged me for around 5000$ after insurance, still, I get the bill from them, last time. I went there it was 3 months ago. After spending a ton of money and time I had an appointment for telling me what do I have They canceled my appointment, instead of it this businessman. Singh called me, he said “you don't have anything,” I said come on I have a lot of pain how do you say I don't have anything?!! He said yes you don't have anything Then closed the phone 😵‍💫 Without answering my questions I highly encourage you just don't go to this place Especially this businessman (Swarinjit Singh) if you care about your health"

"I saw a female Dr for my visit. Will I was there the phone rang off the hook and they just sat talking to eachother and letting it go to answere machine. I knew there was a problem right then.They book my procedure quickly. When I got to the hospital and was prepped and ready and male Dr walked in and said hi you ready? I had never seen him before. When I questioned him he said oh yes you saw my associate and I will be doing the procedure! NOT professional. After, I waited 3 weeks no call so I called them and got my results which she said everything fine. I tried for 3 months or more calling at least 3 times a week and leaving messages and mailing a letter in for billing or office to call me . To this day 08/27/2020 I am still waiting for a return call. They got their money and that was all they needed from me I guess.Will never go back"

"I felt Dr.Reynolds rushed me while at my bedside during my recent hospitalization where I was newly diagnosed with liver failure and cancer. He assured me and my daughter that he would facilitate care with a Hepatologist closer to my home, this is documented in my discharge paperwork. 13 days and 5 phone calls later (with detailed messages for Dr. Reynolds to call my daughter), still no referral or phone call made by Dr. Reynolds. If this doctor cannot afford me the courtesy of a simple phone call, I certainly would not afford him participation in treating something as complex as my liver cancer and/or failure. Should a patient who is ill make to make this many attempts or wait this long for a doctor to simply return a phone call or make a referral? Blame it on his office staff, blame it on the work flow process, blame it on the doctor. I am not here to place blame, but I know the blame does not belong to me as the patient or my daughter."

"Kept stretching my throat without one X-ray. I had stage 4 Adenocarcinoma (non smoking lung cancer). A simple X-ray would have spotted that. Instead of treating me, he winged it. The worst. Not even 1 star. -10"

"I had never any reason to see a gastroenterologist, but found myself in an emergency situation due to cancer. Dr. Chandra worked through my specific problem and concerns and was understanding with regard to billing as I had limited insurance at the time. He and his office worked through the multiple upper endoscopies I needed and tracked my health progress working forward. I am continuing to seek his advice and care moving forward with my health progression and maintenance."
