"Dr. Robin Spencer asked me to reschedule the visit when I showed up for my appointment in her office because, according to her, all her staff was absent. She refused to do my physical that day and billed my insurance hundreds of dollars. Dr. Philemon Spencer, her husband, asked my spouse to come back in person to get annual physical lab results only to charge hundreds of dollars more for this visit. My insurance company said they never submitted lab as lab, which would have been fully covered by our insurance, but as a regular office visit so they could make more money off us. What con artists! Stay away from them! I told them that I would file a lawsuit. I also told them I would find another doctor. If you don’t want people to sue you or find another doctor, then don’t falsely charge them. Also, I have been trying to resolve this issue with them for about three months. They refused to help every single time. They also hung up the phone on me."
