Optometrists - Malvern, AR

"Dr. Franks is remarkable. I have been dealing with major health issues my entire life and seen optometrists for years. He is the only one that caught some rare issues. One that had progressively gotten worse and made a huge impact on my health and eventually led to minor brain surgery. He was able to get me to the specialists I needed. He is as punctual as possible for the medical field. A lot of times he's even seen my family or me when we have gotten there a few minutes early. He has amazing bedside manner. He is amazing with all ages. Just completely down to earth and in his field to truly help his patients. His staff and other practitioners are great as well. All around amazing clinic, optometrist, and person. We have been patients for 11 years. Even as his clinic has expanded quite a bit, the care has never changed. I don't plan on going anywhere else."

"I have never in my life been treated as awful as I was today. I will never recommend Haviland Eye Care to another person. Dr. Haviland treated my husband and I terribly. Unprofessional doesn’t even touch her choice of words and behavior. I have never had a doctor speak to me the way she spoke to us today and nevertheless she showed not one bit of remorse or regret. She let us walk out the door and never once apologized, tried to make her wrongs right or fix the issue which was all on them. She was upset at an error her office made and she was 100% in the wrong for taking it out on her patients. We scheduled our appt, showed up on time, waited 40 mins in a room all for her to come in and bam- she completely unleashed on us over an error on their end, all the whole other pt’s waiting to see her sat in the waiting room and could hear everything as well as watch it play out. She has the sweetest front office lady working there and I truly feel sorry for her. I am appalled at her lack of respect, professionalism and customer service. There are plenty of eye doctors in Maury Co. Take your hard earned money elsewhere where it will be appreciated."
