"My eyelids had gotten so bad I was unable to see any more without holding my eyebrows up to get my eyelids out of my line of sight. I was very hesitant about having any kind of plastic surgery performed and had put it off for more years than I should have. Dr. Long did a blepharoplasty on both eyes on March 1, 2019 and they look great! I can see now and I am beyond thankful for that! His staff was courteous and very helpful with appointments and scheduling surgery. They took care of it all and I didn't have to do anything. Dr. Long was great about answering any of my questions. He LISTENED to me and my wants and don't wants. He was very kind with a wonderful beside manner. I don't really care about a doctor's bedside manner as long as the results are good, but it was a plus that Dr. Long did have a good bed side manner. Dr. Long did a wonderful job on both my eyes. I could not possibly be any happier with the results. It wasn't too much or not enough....it was just right, which was a huge concern of mine. I cannot recommend him enough."

"I was told during my yearly eye exam I needed help for my eye lids and eyebrows. They were sagging BAD. Dr. Vicinanzo repaired both my eye lids and eyebrows. His nurses and staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I found him very kind and pleasant. But he professionally discussed what I needed with a lot of self confidence. He preformed my surgery at the UAB eye hospital. The nurses at UAB were awesome, especially the doctor of anesthesiology. I would like to thank her. It is unreal the better vision I have. My neighbor says I look 10 years younger. Another neighbor says I look as if I have open my eyes and woke up.. I am totally pleased and happy I found Dr. Vicinanzo. If I had to do it again, I would choose him. He has just opened a satellite office in Huntsville on the Crestwood Hospital campus. Proud my follow up visits are local."

"I admit I had a hard time deciding to get a Stapedotomy performed on my ear, but the hearing loss was at a point where it made sense. I searched around for a good doctor and chose Dr. Pappas Jr. even though he was a 4 hour drive away from home. Dr Pappas was absolutely wonderful. Good bedside manner and spoke at length on my first visit and took the time to answer all my questions. After the first visit, I felt assured that I was in good hands. Upon surgery, Dr Pappas and his staff were excellent. The surgery went well and I did not even need to take any type of pain killer following the surgery. My hearing was greatly improved following the nominal 3 month healing time and now I can enjoy music and listen to conversations without having to turn my head to the good ear. An excellent, skilled surgeon. After almost one year, my hearing is still good. The only issue was being able to contact staff personnel by phone"
