I found that she was empathetic and really good about picking up on queues I gave during therapy, and was great about following up on, and recalling things that were discussed. She offered practical and helpful techniques that helped me in real world ways. She is equally comfortable letting the client guide the topics of conversations as she is offering guidance on things explored during therapy.
