f I could give zero stars, I would. Here's a summary of the problems I've had: - I was allowed to make an appointment for blood work that the lab at this location could not conduct. - Dr. Begum does not listen. I tried several times to discuss my care needs based on my history and this doctor ignored me and requested labs which another doctor was very clear with me were not medically relevant or necessary. They also failed to request tests (basic ones) which I did need. - I have to message Dr. Begum and their team repeatedly through MyChart to get a response. The noted response time is 3 business days but this frequently is not met. - Dr. Begum would not refer me to the specialist I needed and I had to go to another doctor to get the referral. - Dr. Begum's team cannot seem to write proper referrals now that Aetna and Providence are kaput. I need orders transferred to another system and Providence has basically refused. - I was firm regarding my care and the assistant - who, let's be CLEAR, called me to get to me schedule a frivolous appointment - put in the notes that I was hostile and combative. I will absolutely not ever go back to Providence Orenco because of the utter lack of competent care I have received.
