I would give negative stars if I could. Basically, I went in for fertility issues, and when I was lying down, he said i needed to unclasp my bra because he needed to put needles under my breasts, which seemed fine. Then without warning, he grabbed one of my boobs with one hand, and then another boob with his other hand and said, "Soft." He never explained why he did that. Usually, when I get a breast exam, they first ask me permission and explain what they're about to do. When I looked up whether this was normal acupuncture behavior, I saw so many lawsuits about how squeezing breasts is not a regular part of acupuncture. I felt so violated! I made a complaint to Aetna, but they said they would review it privately and not let me know the result of their review, which is obviously bullshit. I'm only writing this review so other women don't get sexually violated like I did. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
