I made an appointment a week in advance. Making an appointment for therapy is difficult to begin with. After several confirmations of my appointment time I arrived and was asked to leave and come back a few hours later because they had double booked. They had no excuse. And I did not feel like they actually cared that they had wasted my time. I lost time from work because of this. I chose not to go back because I feel I cannot trust this place and I would not recommend that anyone waste their time on this doctor.
