I called one month ago to ask Dr Dang’s office if he still accepting new patients? The answer is yes. They even reminded me that I have to put Dr Dang as my PCP provider which I did, so I made an appointment. Two days before my appointment I got confirmed by text  message.  One day before my appointment the office staff called me to confirm my appointment verbally and also asked my insurance information. About 15 minutes later they called me again and said that they cannot accept my insurance and canceled my appointment. I was very confused and asked why? The answer is my insurance is Aetna SCCIPA, I have to have Aetna PMGSJ to see Dr Dang. The lady even told me that Dr Dang already signed off from SCCIPA 6 months ago, but the insurance never did. I think I don’t need to know about this, all I care about is you already accepted me as your new patient, and at last minute you said No. This is very unprofessional,  and you wasted my time for almost a month.
