Dr. Young Jin Choi, DMD

I have no complaint about the quality of care my child initially received, my main complaint is the same as the other review on this site.  After my child's initial visit, it was determined that he needed extensive work under sedation.  The earliest appointment we could make was about a month out.  We made the appoint but right before the date, my child got sick and the anesthesiologist recommended we wait till he got better.  I called smile pediatric dentistry and they told me the next available appt was in June.  Apparently  Dr Choi was taking a 2 month break.  My child was not in any discomfort and not wanting to change I booked an appt in June.  When June came, I called the office and they told me that I never made the appt (at first I thought this was my mistake but after reading the other review sounds like they have record keeping issues).  I ask when the next available appt is and they tell me not until Sept/Oct...wow incredulous.  I'm actually glad this happened b/c I'm really questioning the quality of care my child would have received here.  I don't write too many reviews but felt I needed to share.  Unfortunately there is a real lack reviews in the medical profession while it's so important.  We're new to the area so don't have as many good word of mouth recommendations.
